Regina Garden Associates operates the Regina Floral Conservatory to provide a unique, tranquil, indoor tropical garden for the enjoyment and education of all ages and cultures in our community.
Our program of Afternoon Social Events is intended to give those who might not otherwise have many opportunities for social outings the opportunity to get together over a cup of tea/coffee in our relaxing, indoor tropical garden.
RGA will provide a welcoming environment, coffee and tea, tables, chairs, and table linens. Groups may bring dainties or a small snack.
This Program is intended for groups such as Nursing Homes, Personal Care Homes, Assisted Living, Supportive Living Facilities and Supportive Retirement Programs. Seniors’clubs, church groups, service organizations, social clubs and similar groups are referred to our RENTAL INFORMATION.
Afternoon tea and coffee gatherings must be booked and paid for in advance. Afternoon Socials are offered Monday through Friday; each is 1.5 hours in length, from 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm. The maximum number of people that can attend is 25.
Cost for the program
Up to 10 people: $25
11-25 people: $50
The above rates cover the cost of tea, coffee and related supplies. We also welcome donations to help maintain the floral displays put together by our volunteers.
We require guests to provide us with at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Our volunteers work hard to ensure the space is set up and ready for events and the notice is appreciated. In the event of a cancellation given with at least 24 hours notice, payment will be credited for a future booking. No credit will be given for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or for “no-shows.”
