Restorative Yoga is back for 2023-24 season
Restorative Yoga is back again this year!
This monthly class is held at the Floral Conservatory on the first Sunday of every month, except September, when the class will be held on Sept 10, 2023.
The class runs from 11:30 am -12:30 pm. There is a max of 30 participants, and tickets must be reserved in advance. Tickets go live for registration the Friday before class at 12:30 pm and are reserved through Eventbrite on our website (see the link below).
The cost of participating is by donation with all proceeds going to the Regina Floral Conservatory. The recommended donation is $20, and donations can be made before class with cash or tap only.
The class is hosted by Pamela R. Kovacs, Sivanda 200-Hour Certified Yoga Instructor. No prior experience is needed. Participants will need to bring their own yoga mat and sign a waiver upon arrival.
Volunteer
The Regina Floral Conservatory is operated by volunteers of the Regina Garden Associates (RGA). Volunteer at the Conservatory by becoming a member of the RGA. There are many roles for you to get involved and volunteer your time!
