SUMMARY:Restorative Yoga
DESCRIPTION:Restorative yoga at the Regina Floral Conservatory. This monthly class is held at the Regina Floral Conservatory on the first Sunday of every month from 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM.  \nThere is a limit of 30 participants per class. You must pre-register by reserving a ticket on our Eventbrite page. Tickets go live for reservation the Friday before each class at 12:30 PM (January 2 for this session). \nThe cost is donation based (give what you can) with all proceeds given to the Regina Floral Conservatory. The recommended donation is $20. Donations can be made before class with cash or tap only.

DESCRIPTION:The Regina Garden Associates have partnered with the Saskatchewan Perinatal Health Network to host Parent Cafe at the Regina Floral Conservatory! \nParent Cafe will be from 12-1 pm on Mondays\, unless otherwise posted. \nAdmission is free but donations are gratefully accepted. \nThe goal of this imitative is to connect and grow support networks for parents who may be struggling with isolation prenatally or postpartum. \nPerinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders affect 1 in 5 women and birthing people\, and 1 in 10 partners each year. Living with PMADs can be difficult\, with isolation a key factor in the severity and length of symptoms. With free drop-ins\, we hope to provide a safe and welcome environment for parents and their kids to connect with others and build their social support networks. \nWhat better place to grow these networks than at the Regina Floral Conservatory\, surrounded by greenery and plants! There is a growing body of scientific evidence that spending time in green spaces improves both our mental and physical wellbeing by relieving stress and reducing symptoms of depression\, to name a couple benefits. \nAn SPHN facilitator will be present at each session to hang out\, chat\, and answer any questions. \nWe will provide complimentary coffee and tea and you are welcome to bring your lunch or snacks to enjoy in our indoor garden. \nIf you are a parent with children prenatal to 6 years old (older siblings welcome)\, we welcome you to Parent Cafe! \nFor more information on the Saskatchewan Perinatal Health Network\, check out there website HERE

DESCRIPTION:Join us for a night of cheese and cheer at the Regina Floral Conservatory! This time we will have a Ukrainian theme! \nOn January 17th\, the Regina Garden Associates will be hosting an enchanting night of charcuterie in our stunning tropical garden. The Regina Floral Conservatory is exceptional during the day\, but it has a special kind of magic at night! \nExperience the magic of the conservatory after dark with a friend or significant other\, or gather a group together for added fun! Your ticket includes a gourmet charcuterie board for two (full menu below)\, as well as toast-worthy virgin sangria. Coffee and tea will also be on offer. \nThis event will have two sittings: \nFirst sitting: Saturday\, January 17\, 2026 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm (30 tickets) \nSecond sitting: Saturday\, January 17\, 2026 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm (30 tickets) \nCost: $50 per ticket (+ applicable taxes/fees)\, and each ticket is meant for two people \nTickets will go on sale at noon on Saturday\, December 27 and ticket sales will close at 3 PM on Saturday\, January 10. \nTickets can be purchased through Eventbrite HERE! \nTickets are first come first served and will sell fast — be prepared! \nIf you are purchasing your tickets separately but wish to be seated together please email the names of the people in your party to info@reginafloralconservatory.ca \nDue to capacity limitations\, you must attend the sitting for which you purchased tickets. \nUnfortunately\, we will not be able to provide a gluten-free option for this event. \nAll proceeds will go to the Regina Garden Associates to operate the Regina Floral Conservatory and support our programs. \nAll meats and cheeses for this event are sourced from local suppliers\, including Euro Deli Kiev\, Ukrainian Co-op\, and Butcher Boy Meats.

SUMMARY:Concerts at the Conservatory - Harp
DESCRIPTION:Come to the Regina Floral Conservatory on Sunday\, January 25 and enjoy the beautiful music of a harp! \nThe musicians will play two sessions (2-2:30 pm and 2:30-3 pm) with a short break in between. Admission will be by donation. \nCam Gajadhar will be playing classical and contemporary music on a harp. \nThe Regina Floral Conservatory is open every day from 1-4:30 pm\, and from noon to 4:30 pm on Fridays\, if you’d like to bring your lunch. Admission is by donation. \nThe fire capacity in the Regina Floral Conservatory is 60 people. We appreciate your understanding if we request that you wait in reception until others leave if we are at capacity.
