CBC Morning Edition – Regina Floral Conservatory looking to plant its roots in a new location
On Friday, January 10, 2025, Jolene Norleen (chair of the New Floral Conservatory Committee) spoke on CBC’s The Morning Edition – Sask about the need for a new facility for the Regina Floral Conservatory. Following is an excerpt from the CBC webpage highlighting the story, as well as a link to listen to the interview.
“It’s one of the few spaces you can enter in our city that’s filled with green and fresh air flowing in all year round. I’m talking about the Regina Floral Conservatory. But they’ve outgrown their current space. They’ve been wanting to build a new one since before the pandemic. We’ll hear what they are looking for in a new space and what still is needed to make it happen.”

The Regina Floral Conservatory is operated by volunteers of the Regina Garden Associates (RGA). Volunteer at the Conservatory by becoming a member of the RGA. There are many roles for you to get involved and volunteer your time!
