We invite you to join the Regina Garden Associates as we begin a new season at the Regina Floral Conservatory.

A day of learning, music, food and activities celebrating that the land the Floral Conservatory sits upon is the Indigenous land of Turtle Island, Treaty 4 territory, and the traditional land of the Cree, Saulteaux, Dakota, Lakota, Nakota, and homeland of the Métis Nation.

This event will run during our regular open hours (1-4:30 pm) and admission is by donation.

The event will include a blessing of the Regina Floral Conservatory by an Indigenous Elder, as well as:

– Snacks, including bannock, saskatoon treats, dream catcher sugar cookies, and punch, along with tea and coffee

– Fun activities for families, including a special scavenger hunt, themed stickers, and an activity sheet with crayons

– Information sheet about plants used in traditional Indigenous medicine

The fire capacity in the display greenhouse of the Regina Floral Conservatory is 60 people. We ask for you’re understanding if we must request that you wait in reception until someone leaves if we are at capacity.
