Regina Floral Conservatory Gauges City Council Interest in $48M Facility
On September 22, 2026, Ron Sharpe (Regina Garden Associates President) and Jolene Norleen (New Floral Conservatory Committee Chair) presented the plan for a new floral conservatory in Wascana Centre that is projected to be 42,000 square feet in size with an estimated cost of $48 million. The presentation was made to gauge the City’s interest in contributing financially to the project. CTV News covered the story and you can watch the clip HERE.

The Regina Floral Conservatory is operated by volunteers of the Regina Garden Associates (RGA). Volunteer at the Conservatory by becoming a member of the RGA. There are many roles for you to get involved and volunteer your time!
